How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped Canadian orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
Once shipped U.S. orders take anywhere from 4 to 13 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
Once shipped International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please note that any duties or taxes levied by the receiving country's Customs Agency are the responsibility of the customer, not of The New Mercantile.

Do you refund excess shipping charges if it is less than estimated?
Yes. If the actual shipping cost is over $1.00 less than the estimated shipping cost then I will refund the excess back to your PayPal account. Please note that the shipping charges are estimates. Canadian and some United States locations will cost less and refunds are paid accordingly.
